S.L.O. Tow

I had accidentally locked my keys in my car. I called A couple different tow companies they all wanted to gouge the price. I finally managed to call SLO Tow they gave me the best price and we’re there in less than 15 minutes. ROB was the driver. Rob got out of the truck and said “ don’t worry bro I got you” I needed to get my sons baby food out of the car. I was very stressed until Rob showed up. He was done in a minute and was very polite and courteous I would definitely recommend them!! 5 stars guys you deserve it! Thank you again!!!

July 21, 2019. My Truck needed to be TOWED on a Flatbed Tow Truck, so I called AAA & they had originally DISPATCHED another Towing Company from San Luis Obispo(the name I wont mention). After waiting for 1 hour, I received a phone call from AAA telling me that the particular TOWING Company that originally took the Dispatch Call CANCELLED on me. I was Pissed, so I was told by AAA that they were going to find another Towing Company and that could take up to 3 hours. Within 30 minutes I received a Text from AAA that S.L.O Towing had accepted the dispatch to pick up my truck & they would be out to me within the hour. Well, it seemed like 15 minutes, I received a call from ROB(SLO Tow Truck Driver) who was Very Customer Service & Happy. He said I will be there in 5 minutes to pick up your truck. He arrived got out of his Tow Truck & met me with a Big Smile and told me I GOT YOU, I will take care of your tow(Mind you my tow was from SLO down to Santa Clarita Ca. 170 mile tow). I have to write this because ROB completely turned my mood around with his Great Personality & Customer Service. I am SURE all of the FOLKS at SLO Towing are like this, but if ROB comes to your Tow believe me you will see the Great Customer Service & Great Attitude he has about HELPING. Rob, Thanks again. You are the BEST.

Excellent all the way around. Very fast arrival to a desperate situation. It was a difficult tow (broken ball joint/disabled front wheel), excellent operator (Daniel) Best towing experience I have had to date,

Battery was dead after sitting at the airport for a week, they showed up in 10 minutes on a saturday morning, Quick connect, jump, and we were on our way. Driver, Daniel was great and price was on target.

SLO Tow is an extremely trustworthy company. Sid, the head hancho, is a great person and will go above and beyond your expectations. I require their help frequently for work, and in an emergency, they're my go to guys. I hired them to tow a couple things around town and their prices are fair, and they take good care of your vehicles and know what they're doing. Del is the driver I work with most frequently, and he is one outstanding guy. Great conversation if you need to be transported due to your vehicle not working, urgent in his duties, he knows the ins and outs, and best of all, hes got a great sense of humor. Whenever someone I know needs a tow, i give them SLO Tows number knowing they'll take good care of them.

Very fast response, Andrew the tow man picked me up when I blew a tire on my motercycle. Their response time is very fast it was 30 minutes from the time I called from the 101 freeway. On a Friday.They are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they do.
